Job Description
FedEx is hiring a remote Data Entry Specialist to assist our Shipment Documentation and Logistics Records team. You'll be working from home, making sure delivery records, customer information and operational files are accurate across our internal systems.This is a stable, long-term position. We train you from day one — no prior logistics experience needed.
FedEx Job Role:
- Updating shipment, delivery, and customer records in FedEx internal systems
- Reviewing documents for errors, missing details, or formatting issues
- Processing digital forms tied to package tracking and logistics operations
- Organizing completed files in secure company databases
- Flagging data inconsistencies to your team supervisor
- Assisting with daily reporting for operations and customer support teams

Salary Details:
$22 – $30/hr | $45,760 – $62,400/year
Requirements
- High school diploma or GED
- Comfortable with Microsoft Office or Google Workspace
- Good typing speed and sharp attention to detail
- Ability to work independently and stay focused during repetitive tasks
- Stable home internet and a quiet workspace
- Any previous admin, shipping, or data entry experience is not required
